Thanksgiving (11/17/23)

The best way I can describe this movie is Scream but rather than the shtick be metaness, its Thanksgiving. The kills are gruesome in the best way possible. Some of the characters were kind of annoying so you hoped they die which in a movie like this is perfectly fine. It does a decent job of making you question who the killer is. This movie is also not afraid to go for the shock value. But this movie also had a great message of maybe stop worrying about black friday (on Thanksgiving night) and be with your family. Then just maybe you don’t create a killer. This is a fun movie through and through. And of course, they do the classic “we couldn’t find the body” in case they wanna do a sequel. I definitely recommend this as long as you have the stomach for gore.
