In the context of the MCU, this is a fine film but I never loved this movie. Spider-man is one of my favorite superheroes but this movie never sat right with me. It felt too MCU and not enough Spider-man. I wanted so badly to love it since Tom Holland is amazing in the role. As always, this movie tried to tease the sinister six from the get-go. The only true spidey moment was when he got out of the rubble when you can hear in his voice he was terrified. One moment isn’t enough though.
