Batman: Gotham Knight (2008)
An anime anthology of Batman set in the Nolanverse between Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, but not necessarily canon. That is straight up the pitch for this movie. The stories were interesting enough. There was no real momentum because it started a new story every 10-15 minutes. The animation aspect was fantastic. It had anime vibes while still being a Batman cartoon at its core. I personally couldn’t get into it but I can see plenty of people loving this anime-inspired series of adventures.

0%-59% = just skip it, I find the positives and they don't exist here
